FREE 10 minute discovery call

Let's have a brief chat about your wellness goals to see if health coaching would be a good fit for you.

Includes: 10 minute call
Fee: Complimentary

intake session

Complete a detailed intake form that I review and then we setup a call to discuss a customized plan for you to achieve success. Then I followup via email to check-in and support you.

Includes: 60 minute call + 1 followup email check-in (usually 2 weeks after initial call)
Fee: $250

REGULAR support

After intake sessions are completed, I usually continue with biweekly support for clients with a call and additional email check-in per month to answer questions and ensure that they continue down the right path.

  Includes: 30 minute call + 1 followup email check-in (usually 2 weeks after call)
Fee: $97 monthly (cancel anytime)

 

Q: How long does it take to get an appointment?
A: It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to schedule your first appointment/call. Sometimes cancellations occur and you might be able to grab an earlier slot. Simply ask to be added to our cancellation list.

Q: Is there a fee to cancel appointments?
A: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Life happens and the first cancellation is a grace. Any other cancellations that follow will be charged a 50% penalty. 

Q: What is an "intake form"?
A: An intake form asks general lifestyle, health and nutrition questions so that I can learn more about your current state of health and to make our call more efficient. The intake form is an online fillable PDF that I will email to you once your initial intake session is booked. I schedule time to fully review your completed intake form before our call. Intake forms must be submitted to us no later than 2 days before your appointment.

Q: How long does coaching last?
A: You can receive coaching for as little or as long as you like.

Q: Can I receive weekly support rather than biweekly?
A: Yes. You may receive weekly support which is billed at $97 for a 30 minute call + 1 email followup. So weekly support could look like:
week 1: 30 minute call
week 2: 1 email followup
week 3: 30 minute call
week 4: 1 email followup

Q: Do I have to follow a special diet?
A: I honestly believe that when it comes to food, different things work for different people. Through the intake form and initial call, I will work with you to formulate realistic goals. My goal is not to push you towards ideals but rather to move you forward towards your wellness goals in a positive way so that you succeed and have lasting results.
